Hearing different accents reflects trouble communicating or understand others. A sign something feels foreign to you, a symbol of your confidence level and how you interact in your waking life.

When something is said in a dream with a noticeable accent or slur- consider what is being and said and by whom for information about what is being dismissed by habit or routine. A waiter with a foreign accent would be portraying the exploration of nourishment and fulfillment in a way you hadn't considered.
